Week 11 is here and there is plenty to be excited about. For the Rams, rookie QB Jared Goff will get his first start of his career, RB Thomas Rawls is back in action after a lengthy absence and many fantasy players spent the morning checking the weather reports more than their fantasy lineups. Whatever happens today, I’ll be here to guide you through it with the latest news, big plays and any injuries that may occur.
(2:12PM) With star AJ Green out, rookie WR Tyler Boyd is seeing a larger role and he just caught his first career touchdown from QB Andy Dalton. Boyd has caught five of six passes for 46 yards in what is already his best career game.
(2:11PM) Although the Lions lead 6-3 in the middle of the second quarter, they’ve managed just 20 total yards on offense. WR Marvin Jones has yet to see a target.
(2:06PM) After a poor start, the Cowboys have tied the game against Baltimore after QB Dak Prescott found WR Cole Beasley in the front of the end zone. Beasley has a 2/17/1 line so far on the day.
(2:02PM) This one might not be as painful for fantasy players, but it is a major blow to the Bills as WR Robert Woods has noe been ruled out for the game with a knee injury.
(1:59PM) Vikings HC Mike Zimmer has won his second challenge of the day resulting in a Minnesota touchdown. This time, it was a score for RB Matt Asiata, giving the Vikes a lead over visiting Arizona.
(1:57PM) Lions WR/PR Andre Roberts fumbled a punt earlier, giving the Jags excellent field position and eventually, a field goal. He just made up for that mistake though, returning a punt all the way for a touchdown, giving Detroit the lead.
(1:52PM) The big game for the Colts continues as QB Andrew Luck has thrown his second score of the day, this one to WR TY Hilton, who has 22 yards on two receptions against the Titans. The Colts lead 21-0, so we could see a lot of Marcus Mariota passes going forward.
(1:51PM) Rookie RB Jordan Howard has already done some damage today, but it was his teammate Jeremy Langford who got the touchdown for Chicago. Howard already has 63 rushing yards in the game.
(1:49PM) More injuries to report, unfortunately. Jaguars RB TJ Yeldon is questionable to return with an ankle injury and Bills WR Robert Woods has been sent to the locker room with a knee injury.
(1:46PM) The Colts offense is on fire today and they are threatening to score again following a 50-yard connection between QB Andrew Luck and WR Phillip Dorsett. Luck already has 154 passing yards early in the second quarter.
(1:45PM) It didn’t look good when he was carted off and now the Bengals have officially ruled out WR AJ Green for the remainder of the game. He failed the haul in his only target before suffering the injury.
(1:32PM) Still no AJ Green on the field for the Bengals, but they have gotten into the end zone, as QB Andy Dalton carried it in from three yards out.
(1:29PM) After a trick play that involved QB Andrew Luck being split out wide, the Colts scored on a Luck to WR Donte Moncrief touchdown connection. Moncrief continues to be a touchdown manchine, when healthy and the Colts lead the Titans 14-0.
(1:27PM) The visiting Ravens have a lead over Dallas after a touchdown run from RB Terrance West. The Baltimore run game looks strong early as West already has 34 yards and rookie RB Kenneth Dixon has two carries for 24 yards.
(1:25PM) The Cardinals are on the board following a touchdown run from RB David Johnson. With the Vikes run defense struggling, this could be the first of many impact plays from Johnson today. Johnson has 17 rushing yards on the day, so far.
(1:21PM) The Giants converted a fourth down attempt in the red zone and RB Rashad Jennings took it in for the touchdown on the very next play. Jennings looked good last week and is off to a good start today. The Giants and Bears are now tied at 6 after both teams missed their extra point attempts in the Windy City.
(1:19PM) I just had to do a double take, but Steelers RB Le’Veon Bell already has 79 total yards with time remaining in the first quarter. With reportedly strong winds in Cleveland, this game could belong to Bell moreso than the Pittsburgh passing game.
(1:17PM) The Bengals defense has been struggling and they just allowed RB LeSean McCoy to waltz untouched into the end zone, giving the Bills an early lead. McCoy has 28 rushing yards on just two carries in the first quarter.
(1:16PM) After a big 20-yard pass play from QB Andrew Luck to WR TY Hilton, the Colts are on the board thanks to a touchdown run from Robert Turbin.
(1:14PM) Officials had to review it just to be sure, but WR Adam Thielen has scored for the Vikings after initially being ruled out. The Minnesota kid already has a pair of receptions for 38 yards.
(1:11PM) No Alshon, no problem! QB Jay Cutler just hit TE Zach Miller for a score to give the Bears an early lead. Look for Miller and WR Eddie Royal to get a ton of looks today with WR Alshon Jeffery suspended.
(1:10PM) A scary scene for Bengals fans and fantasy players as WR AJ Green had to be carted off the field with what appeared to be a right leg injury. More on this tough news as it is reported.
(1:09PM) We nearly had our first touchdown of the day, but a penalty wiped off the Sam Bradford to TE Kyle Rudolph connection. RB Jerick McKinnon is running well early.
(12:54PM) Though they were listed as questionable, RB Theo Riddick, WR Dez Bryant and WR Robert Woods are all expected to play today.
(12:53PM) Some notable inactives for the day include RB DeAngelo Williams, WR Markus Wheaton, TE Larry Donnell, and WR Jeremy Maclin.
